The evoHR HRIS is fully integrated and located within the Evolution payroll platform sharing the same database as payroll. This HRIS system is designed for smaller companies that require a more standard HRIS functionality. The key features of evoHR are the following:

  • Benefits enrollment tool including HIPPA 834 reporting
  • New hire, internal, and external compliance reporting with the Report Writer tool
  • Injuries
  • Performance Reviews, certificates, and license renewals
  • Tracks and inventories company property and company vehicle information
  • Employee Self-Service (ESS) Tool
    • Allows employees to view and print payroll check stubs, vouchers, and W2s
    • Allows employees to view and change basic W4 personal information. After manager approval, the changes automatically posts back to payroll eliminating the need for dual entries

This module-based system allows employers the flexibility to purchase and integrate the specific services that meet their needs and implementation schedule.  This system and strategy is designed to reduce your direct and indirect human capital costs.

InfinityHR is a secure web-based HR Management System that provides online benefits enrollment and other HR functionality. The system centralizes HR and benefits data into a single system that integrates with Evolution payroll and provides powerful reporting/exporting capabilities. The system is a SaaS deployed solution thus eliminating the concern of obsolescence. For administrative system access, control, and security, InfinityHR can provide granular permissions at the Enterprise and Administration levels.

InfinityHR Benefits Enrollment module allows employees to enroll in and change benefits information on their own, reducing errors and time spent gathering data. The system has carrier interfaces to over 300 providers and will automatically and electronically deliver benefits information to each of five carriers and Evolution payroll, thus eliminating the need to manage multiple forms and manually enter data into multiple systems. The system also has a premium reconciliation comparison tool that will save valuable time and money as you manage through the ever-changing medical benefits arena.
