Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Reports To: Director of Operations

Minimum Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Administrative Skills
Microsoft Software Program proficiency
Payroll Processing Experience

Evolution Software, Service or Payroll Processing Experience a bonus
Basic payroll tax knowledge
Ability to use a 10 key adding machine by touch
Basic General Accounting Principals knowledge, federal and state tax laws
Basic understanding of employee benefits including retirement and pension plans
Basic understanding of Time & Attendance application
