Job Title: IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER / SPECIALIST

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for new client Payroll/HRIS conversions that follow the PayMetrix HR Implementation process map and best practices
  • Ensures new client interaction throughout the Implementation Process
  • Responsible for conversion of new client company and employee demographic data into PayMetrix HR
  • Responsible for timely delivery of all new client payroll requirements as fit the PayMetrix HR product delivery model
  • Provides new clients with answers and knowledge, through training, to ensure 100% client satisfaction beyond initial conversion
  • Communicates efficiently and effectively with Tax and ACH departments for accurate dissemination of data and information
  • Communicates with Sales Consultants in a professional and courteous manner while also collecting required information from Sales Consultants to ensure 100% client satisfaction
  • Works with Customer Support and Training Department to ensure open issues are handled according to client expectations
  • Performs audit checks and parallel/pilot tests to ensure conversion accuracy
  • Provides product training to new client on core Payroll/HRIS products during and post implementation up to an agreed upon date between client and PayMetrix HR
  • Supports new clients through their initial “go live” and up to a minimum of (3) payroll processings after their first check date with PayMetrix HR
  • Maintains a report of “open items” during and after Implementation to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provides front line support for new clients post-implementation

 

Qualifications and Preferred Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Detail oriented and multi-task ability
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external customers
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines associated with specific tasks and job duties
  • Complete understanding of the fundamentals of Payroll Processing, Tax Filing and basic  Accounting Fundamentals
  • Payroll/HRIS & Project Management Experience
  • Strong understanding of all Microsoft software products with an emphasis on Excel and  Outlook
  • Prior experience working with Evolution Payroll/HRIS Software a plus
