Job Title: Outside Payroll Sales

PayMetrix HR, an Alpharetta, Georgia based company and leader in Outsourced Payroll and Human Resource Services is growing its sales team and is seeking highly qualified and motivated Sales Representatives. If you are a Hunter who is motivated by money and independence, we have a territory for you. Average time in current or past outside sales role must be an average of 2 to 5 years with a proven track record in over-achieving sales quotas on a consistent basis. Technology sales background or history in selling SaaS products directly to businesses is not required but a bonus. Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Sell all of the products and services offered in our suite which include Payroll, Tax Filing, Direct Deposit, Time & Labor Management, Benefits Enrollment & Eligibility, Background Screening, Applicant Tracking & Employee Onboarding, Pay cards and more.
  • Appointment setting with companies who fit our target market.
  • Appointment setting with Insurance Agents, Brokers, 401k Advisors and Accounting Firms.
  • Ability to create and manage effective prospecting campaigns and daily schedules.
  • Basic understanding of Business Insurance Products & Services.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting, Payroll Tax and Payroll Basics
  • Exceed assigned sales quota for new business and meet or exceed ramped up quota on a consistent basis.
  • Develop a Sales Business Plan that is presented to Executive Management mid-December each year with quarterly adjustments and updates.
  • Build Partner Relationships on own with ability to manage those relationships
  • Implement C-Level Solution and Strategic Selling methodology with ability to sell in Complex environments.
  • Meet or speak with clientele on a regular basis per the PayMetrix HR service model.
  • Display a professional image while presenting/meeting with prospective clients, partners and current clients.
  • Submit updated Lead Reports, Pipeline & Opportunity Reports to President on a weekly basis.
  • Solid understanding of territory management.


Qualifications and Preferred Skill Set:

  • Ability to drive own vehicle
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ Years outside sales experience
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated & self-starter
  • Strong organization skills and ability to speak in front of several business Executives at one time.
